Our goal is to create or deliver a top quality product and to give excellent customer service. We give a money back guarantee on all of our products returned within 30 days in their original order and will also give sincere consideration to any returns after 30 days.
*The customer will need to pay for the shipping of returned garments and if you need to exchange a garment for a different size or colour we will pay for the shipping of the replacement item.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises.
*Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
If you are unsure about internet payments we accept bank deposit. Or if you prefer you can phone us with your card details, as we have a manual eftpos. *Our valued customers are our livelihood and therefore very important to us.
